pad

Pad is an employee who is considered "IN THE REAR WITH THE GEAR". They are in the back of the infantry truck so when a big pothole is hit or layoffs occur they fall out the back and the truck keeps going. Nobody looks back. Commando soldiers stuff the back of the truck with lots of pad to handle rough times. Always make sure you're not PAD!
