pigmentally

Pigmentally challenged. ie-when one is unable to get pigment in their skin. They are so freakishly white, they blind others when the sun hits them.

Pigment

The filtrate of Bak Kut Teh (Famous Malaysian Pork Cuisine). The left over soup of Bak Kut Teh is filtered with filter paper to obtain a type of oil. The major composition of the oil is pig. Melted pig flesh to be exact, due to high temperature needed to cook Bak Kut Teh. Commonly used to make lime flavoured candy due to high Vitamin C content.

That plate of pork chop taste better when cooked with pigment.

Pigmentally challenged

Paler than pale; minimal tan potential; a skin condition beyond ginger; someone so far removed from sunlight that they are whiter than a snowflake on a grain of rice trapped between a polar bears toes during a blizzard in the North Pole in winter

Whoa, even that pigmentally challenged ginger looks tan compared to that twihard.

A nice, big way to say you are white ass all hell.
If person is unintellegent enough he'll be confused and angered.

Non-White: You are pigmentally challenged
White: huh?
Non-White: Exactly
White: Grrr!!
