Shortened form of the word "complex".
1. To have or show social dysfunction in the form of emotional disturbance. (Ranting, Whining, Fighting, etc...)
2. To hold a grudge in public forum.
3. To complain.

Can by used as an adjective 'plexy' to describe someone or something that has the same qualities.
1. I don't want to join that list, it's too plexy.
3. Janette is always plexing in her LiveJournal about how horrible her life is.
Another variation of "please" used in computer/gaming lingo. Comes from "plx" a mis-typing of "plz" which was eventually done on purpose, similar to how "own" became "pwn." Plx became plox, which later became plex.
