a puwer is a "pussy sewer" describing a womans pussy that has been neglected in relation to hygiene and usually is so foul it can be smelled even with the pants of the woman pulled up and God forbid the pants down and the puwer is stirred up...
oh my God did you smell the puwer on that scab that just walked by....she hasnt bathed in months obviously...that should be against the law...
