Adjective. The state of being where one's life is in "shambles." Typically occurs the morning after fraternity parties or during exam weeks.

Shambly

A term used by basic bitches to say they and/or their life is "in shambles," or a huge fucking mess. Usually refers to being sloppy and drunk off one's ass.

Terri: "Omg Stacy, did you see how shambly Karen was at the frat party?" Stacy: "I can't even. After she threw up, I heard she literally gave Trevor road head when he drove her home in his Prius."
