tattle-tale

One who reports the wrong-doings of others to an authority. A nark.

Man, Suzie is such a tattle-tale. She always tells the teacher when I cheat on an exam.

Tattle Tale

A small child (or sometimes adult) that tells when others are "doing something bad", much to the annoyance of everyone around them. Often earn themselves unflattering titles.

Susie: Teacher! Bobby's out of his seat! Bobby: Ugh, Susie is such a tattle tale.

Tattle tale

A kid who runs to an authority figure to get another kid punished.

Lindsay went to her mother with a report on her brothers conduct, never a report on something that was actually broken or something that actually needed to be done, a report to get somebody in trouble for the sake of getting somebody in trouble is what a tattle tale is. Somebody talking about their relationship with another person or who the person is as they know them in an interview isn't the same as a tattle tale.
