Used mainly to describe a horrific train crash or someone/ something who is severly disfigured.
for example -
"that poor tebby" (describing an ugly person)
Sometimes used in conjunction with the words "that fucking idiot".
eg- "that fucking idiot tebby just fell of a cliff"
A superior African name often used in the south to symbolise someone they worship
“Tebbie is a great leader”
*A bully, they're mean and destroys your heart
*Don't count on them to like men

*Mostly an idiot

*Probably a cheater due to how many bitches they get
*Very funny and very cool
