Something - usually electronic - that suddenly stops working, is tiggered. Tigger as a verb means to break beyond repair.

My computer was working fine, but now it's totally tiggered. He came round here the other night and completely tiggered my hifi. He tiggers stuff just by standing near it.

A term for a tamil person who thinks their black. (tamil nigger). They often can be seen with baggy clothing, large baseball hats, jewelry, a pierced ear, and lineups (short haircut designs around the sides of the head integrated with facial hair). Similar to wigger which is a white person who thinks they are or act like they are black. They are rampant in Markham, Ontario - a subarb of Canada home to the largest population of tamils outside India.

A tigger is a petite, fine looking woman. Height of the tigger can vary as it's relative to the observer, but there must be at least 1ft difference in height between the tigger and the observer. it's a reference to Tigger from Winnie the Pooh. You just have to imagine her on top doing what a Tigger does best (bounces).
