When you experience something and really wants to say (yikes), and at that moment you just feel the yikes deep inside of you. You will instead make the sound yikey.
Bro1: "Bro i hooked up with this girl today, she was real hot"
*Girl was actually ugly as fok, and bro1 said so last week but now he tryna make it up for hooking up with her*
Me: "Yikey!"
A purely sarcastic response to seeing a lesbian couple, as though it is shocking, usually uttered by gay folk.

An utterance usually indicating shock or amazement, a variation of yikes but with a harder edge. A session browsing the pages of UDwill often cause this expression to be ejaculated with frequency.
