A phrase used online usually in fandom spaces by someone who isn’t a fan of the interest at hand, as in “This is not the part of the internet that I usually lurk around” or “This is not where I usually go (on the internet)”

a phrase people use typically on the internet in reference to something they love
so essentially it means “You will always be loved”
