A caption queen, maybe king if you are male, is a person who adds captions to their photos that slay other people or something that they don't like

For example "Jessica is such a caption queen she totally slayed Martha with her new pic"

a caption (mostly used by tiktok editors) is a caption that says something absurd. it’s a claim that gains comments to boost their videos.

“Charli damelio is more successful than Ariana Grande.” “Bffr.” “Relax, it’s just a Clout Caption.” Or “SADIE SINK SAID A SLUR????” “WHAT.” “It’s just a caption for clout and attention.”
