I've stayed at THAT hotel.

A phrase used when you're able to relate to someone's situation because you have experienced and survived that very same situation or something incredibly similar.

Suzy: "Guys make me sick! I just want to vomit every time I think about them."
Deb: "I've stayed at THAT hotel...we should make out" (That'd be cool if things like this happened more often on video tape)

Tony: "I can't stand the way Erin treats me, she's such a cum dumpster"
Peter: "Sorry to hear that man"
Tony: "Yeah, I just need to get her back by sleeping with one of her family members"
Peter: "I've stayed at THAT hotel"

I've been finding

Another classic sentence of doom. Said by your parents/teachers/boss when they notice your stash or discover something out of place that could get you punished.

"I've been finding my VCR was being played with. It's not yours, so don't touch it!" "I've been finding brown underwear in my laundry! You're 24 and you still crap your pants??"
