The opposite of bi-polar. As defined by Charlie Sheen. Likely to happen when you bang seven gram rocks, or take the drug Charlie Sheen which is known to melt your face off. Similar things may happen if you have tiger blood or Adonis DNA.

When you win here and you win there, you are in fact, bi-winning. When you are bi-winning it is also possible to safely take large amounts of drugs. You can also not die when you are bi-winning.

Charlie Sheen's brilliant new word to describe himself as a "multi-winner" in order to evade the question of weather or not he was bi-polar, in his mind this made sense, in the mind of any sane person it had absolutely no fucking relevance to the question. His vocabulary and reasoning system are just well beyond us "normals" comprehension. Whatever, this is just how he "rolls."
