A person who agrees with some of right wing and left wing ideologies - completely agreeing with neither of the ideologies. They aren't exactly the "middle ground", rather combination of both.

A centrist might be against political correctness (right wing) but also be pro-choice (left wing).

You can see that somebody is a centrist by the size of his dong, his believes are very based and his knowledge is big.
