A group of people or gangstalkers that follow a person around secretly. Take pictures, hack their phones, anything to make their life miserable.

I can't go anywhere, the pepperazzi are out and in action. Fml!

Pepperazzi may appeal to some attention-starved individuals, but I’d rather not have da nosy cameramen buzzing around me 24/7, thank you very much.

To pepper or spray your seamen unto a large group of paparazzi, the press or news reporters in a very confident manner. Victims are almost always from Fox News or a News Max affiliate as this is a very common celebratory action of an orange pumpkin man that conservatives pray to.

The fat pumpkin man pepperazzied his fans with a smile while chanting " let's make merca great again! yehaw!" And "your welcome"
