Rootsy is a term used for masturbating. It is usually performed in front of the general public and/or friends and family. The louder and longer the masturbation is, the better the Rootsy. A Rootsy is preferrably performed in front of men.
Man A: This game is boring, what do you wanna do?" Man B: I saw some kids outside, let's go and have a Rootsy or "This concert is really making me hot....I think it's time for a Rootsy"
This occurs when friends get together to enjoy some drinking, smoking, reggae music, and good times.
