Slang. A rolled marijuana cigarette orjoint, made using any combination of rolling styles, usually half-blunt, half-spliff.

Rolling a blunt of any brand/style with marijuana and the tobacco it comes with. An advanced bliff smoker may use pipe tobacco and it still is considered a bliff.

"My homie Adam just rolled a fat bliff, we are gonna get so light-headed"

"Instead of smoking cigarettes, I smoke bliffs"

Verb. To say a joke and no one laughs, but who said the joke.
