In the U.K.: A guy, a bloke, a person in general. The British equivalent of the American slang word "dude".
In the U.S.: An old man, particularly one who is either cranky or eccentric. Rather derogatory term.
(UK) "You're looking for Johnny? Yeah, he's that geezer over there in the green coat."
(US) "Old man Anderson keeps yelling at the kids playing outside. That geezer!"
Extremely old man who is frail, drives slowly, annoys the hell out of you, complains about kids being too loud, slurs and talks about the good old days when you could get a pint of beer for a shilling!

A person who enjoys consuming large amounts of alcohol, acting rowdy, and splitting peoples wigs. All because they have entirely too much time on their hands.
Believe me, you don't want to go to that party. It'll be full of geezers, all getting sloppy and looking for trouble.
