Not Even Doom Music Indicates the point at which you've gone beyond the boundaries of poor taste. After that, not even Doom music can save you.
Example #1 A: "Look at this video of burning kittens. The Doom music justifies the horrific acts of cruelty." B: "Nothing justifies burning kittens, NEDM." Example #2 A: "It's a piece of cake to bake a pretty cake." B: "NEDM."
Acoronym for Not Even Doom Music, a ytmnd fad featuring, among other things, kittens, firemen, chapstick and catchy theme music.
titanium-gecko: you're a sick, sad man, and a pedofile. Spotz: but I liked teh d00m music :( titanium-gecko: Still... nothing justifies 5'ing burning kittens. Not even Doom music. Spotz: orly? NEDM!? k lol
Acronym which stands for "Not Even Doom Music". Apparently, a YTMND.com site was created which featured a rather brutal act of animal cruelty - a .gif of a kitten being placed in a cage, doused with gasoline, and then lit on fire. A YTMND user, "A", approved of the site enough to give it 5 stars due to its usage of music from "Doom". Another user, "B", appalled that anyone would upvote such brutality, proceeded to give 1-star votes to all the sites of those who did. When confronted by "A", who stated his reason was simply for the featured music, the reply from "B", posted on one of "A"'s sites, was as follows: "Since you do not "condone" burning kitten your sites have been 3'D until further notice. Still... nothing justifies 5'ing burning kittens. Not even Doom music." The acronym that this comment produced has since spiraled into an uncontrollable fad which is an amalgam of those who understand the origin and an ever increasing group who have no idea what it means, or do but do not find the fad justified. They have made sites featuring the acronym, elements from past sites (i.e. chapstick, a cat; live, dead, burned or otherwise), completely unrelated elements (scenes from the show 'Lost'), or even other fads, mostly to either express their displeasure or to jump on the bandwagon. Some simply like the loop of the song (from the original site, "http://nedm.ytmnd.com/") which has become the unofficial soundtrack, and desire the full track.

"Not even doom music" This comes from the site ytmnd.com after the outrage one such user had when someone posted the video of someone burning a cat and he in turn downvoted everyone who gave the video/site a high rating. He told the user spotz that nothing can justify giving a burning cat video a high rating... Not even doom music.
Not Even Doom Music a ytmnd fad. A person who 1'd everyone's (sites) that 5'd a ytmnd site that had footage of a cat being set on fire. nedm is now associated with cats, chapsticks and firemen.
"Nothing justifies 5'ing a site that has footage of a cat being set on fire and burned to death. Not even doom music" (nedm)
Short-lived fad at ytmnd.com. The usual nedm has a gray cat and some reference to fire with a dance song by Coburn playing in the background. Actually stands for "Not Even Doom Music"...justifies the burning of a cat.
Guy1: "Dude, there's another nedm out...boooring." Guy2: "No way, this one has Barney from HL2! Roxor!" cue gray cat and dance music
