A Mexican-American female (Chicana) with a limited Spanish vocabulary and speaks with a clear Americanized accent.

Karen's friends often call her a pocha or white girl because she has trouble finding words when speaking in Spanish. She has a clear accent and often speaks in spanglish, interchanging words in English and Spanish.
