A pot of money that either one person or several people can put money into so that marijuana can be purchased with said money.

1) From the South-West coast of England it means cooking fish, especially conger eel, by simmering in malt vinegar with herbs and spices. Usually eaten hot, at one time it was stored in pots for later consumption; effectively pickled fish. 2) Buried, possibly deriving from “potting”, the process of planting seeds or seedlings in earth or compost, it is the slang term for burying the victim of a hit. The use has been extended to apply to someone who has received a put down so vicious that they are figuratively dead and buried. 3) British Army slang, to shoot and kill an enemy combatant, derives from the old hunter's expression 'one for the pot', referring to a rabbit, pigeon shot and killed. 4) To be fired from your job, either because you are a total WOFS or some other reason. 5) To be really drunk, pissed or rat arsed; derives from pot, the Australian slang for a beer glass. 6) To get high smoking grass, derives from pot one of the alternative names for marijuana.
