A combination of "derp" and "mep" used to describe an awkward silence created by someone doing or saying something stupid.

Teacher: "Are you sleeping?"
Student 1: "No, there's a bug in my eye and I'm trying to suffocate him."
Student 2: "Merp?"

excitement, nervousness, shock.

It is a common nickname given to a beloved friend which literally means, In "Dutch" - a Sperm Rapist.

A fictional STD, that is both MRSA and Herpes. Used to describe something or someone that is beyond gross.

Herpes of the mouth. Very common but embarassing. Also refered to as cold sores or fever blisters.

My Erect Ready Penis. Can be used as a way to seduce the person you want to stick your penis in.
