A gay trans is a sometimes non binary but often pro noun's are he/him. This person was once a girl but started taking menstruel tablets, so they now have a lil pp. Sometimes he gets boners when he talks to other lil boiiis. He likes boys. He changes his name from his previous feminine name to a masculine version of that name. E.g. Holly is now Holden.
Gay trans? Holden! Ur getting a boner again!
Trans-gay -> To be a transgender person, and also like the same gender as the one you transitioned to.
